Way of Nature offers a variety of programs to reflect the availability and varying depths of commitment of participants. Each program integrates WoN's 12 Guiding Principles of Natural Liberation with sensory awareness training and meditative time spent in nature, resulting in the cultivation of presence, deep relaxation, and authentic communion with one's self and, ultimately, with pure primordial Source.
