Way of Nature is honored to announce John P. Milton will be presenting a very special retreat on Wuji T’ai Chi, also known as T’ai Chi for Liberation, at Naropa Unniversity in Boulder, CO

JPM TCFL Kashi 2019

Join us for this very special and unique Tai Chi workshop. During this 3-day T'ai Chi for Liberation workshop, John P. Milton presents a movement-based path for helping you attain inner peace, physical health and spiritual awakening. You will immediately discover the benefits of this easy to learn Tai Chi as you unblock and purify your body’s meridians, gather and refine your Qi (life energy), and ultimately cultivate deep levels of clarity and bliss.

What is Tai Chi for Liberation?

Practitioners around the world rely on T'ai Chi to maintain physical health and well-being, but few realize that certain forms of T'ai Chi offer an even more profound benefit: spiritual evolution. With this T'ai Chi for Liberation retreat, John P. Milton reveals a vital practice missing from most T'ai Chi in the West. Also known as "Wuji T'ai Chi," this once secret practice is reputed to have been created at Wudang Mountain in the 13th century by the legendary Taoist master Chang San Feng.

During this retreat you will learn:

  • The Earth Form for absorbing Qi to energize your physical and energy body.
  • The Heaven Form for cultivating celestial Qi, and the Qi of the eight directions, to nourish your spiritual essence.
  • Practicing both forms together to harmonize the body and soul - the T'ai Chi path to enlightenment.

T’ai Chi for Liberation is a T'ai Chi form that creates a flowing physical mandala in relationship with all the directions, the elements, and other aspects of Nature, connecting you with inner and outer Nature, and an opening to greater spiritual awakening.  This T'ai Chi form is supportive for all spiritual paths, and for opening your physical, energetic, emotional and mental harmony and well being.
