Surrounded by the sacredness of the Kashi Ashram, John will teach 3 days of Natural Renewal to arrive at a deep connection to our True Nature.
Connect with inner and outer Nature during this 3 days of Natural Renewal, which introduces you to the Way of Nature (WoN) process of refining one’s senses through the 9 Experiential Fields of Perception and teaches you how to cultivate this to open a more deep and personal relationship with all of Nature. Each day brings you into a deeper clarity of mind and connection to the essence of your True Nature. You have the option to come for 1 or 3 days of this profoundly opening spiritual practice in Nature.
What is a Day of Natural Renewal?
A Day of Natural Renewal provides you with a simple and clear introduction to Natural Mindfulness. Utilizing the core principles of relaxation and presence in Nature, this practice helps refine the experiential fields of perception through a conscious, sensorial connection to your natural surroundings.
Each day begins in the morning with simple yet powerful teachings of how to reconnect to your Three Natures - Outer, Inner and True Source Nature - through relaxation and presence practices in nature. An introduction to Qigong will open and refine your senses to experience your essential energy (Qi) and the Qi in all of nature.
Following these teachings, you will spend the afternoon in solitude in Nature to deepen your connection to all of Nature, your Three Natures. This is an opportunity to practice and experience the teachings and to refine your perceptual awareness. You'll find a spot that calls to you in the beautiful wilderness grounds of the Kashi Ashram. You'll be provided with a simple bag lunch to enjoy during your solo.
The day concludes with the group coming back together for reflective dialogue and practices to help you integrate your experience back into your everyday life.
Participants of this program say they experience:
- A quieter mind
- Deeper relaxation
- Calmer emotions
- Stronger integration between heart and mind
- A more personal connection with the other beings of nature such as plants, animals and elements, as well as a connection to the Source of all life
John will also be introducing teachings from his new book “Cultivating Natural Liberation: Teachings on Reconnecting with the 3 Natures, Volume 1”. This book is the distillation and refinement of his Way of Nature core teachings. These secular teachings draw upon what is common among the world’s most profound traditions for spiritual awakening: Hindu, Buddhist, Taoist, Tantric, Vedantic, Bon, and Shamanic traditions.
Training will be held at the Durga Temple, Kashi Ashram in Sebastian, FL.
